		<description><![CDATA[Not that I&#039;m a big fan of using one statist infringement of rights to trump another, but why don&#039;t they just claim an ADA defense?  After all, with blind kids, those trees are a legitimate impediment to the disabled...

This sort of BS shouldn&#039;t happen at all, but if they&#039;re going to make you fight, it&#039;s easier to use their own rules against them.]]></description>
