That said, the fact that consumers of health care are not buyers of health care is a major factor in the rising costs and decreasing ability to receive health care. I&#039;m not ideological at all. I believe in practical solutions that can bring about real improvement.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[You have mentioned what caused the health care systems cost to rise, but not really provided a solution. Cost is not something that will be reduced, I think the costs rate of increase can only be maintained. As a big recipient of health care I haven&#039;t seen any solution that will keep the cost down in the next fifteen years. It is not ideological with me, I have been given life at tremendous cost(transplant) and I wouldn&#039;t want the cost to push me to decide if I want to live longer or keep a roof over my head and eat.]]></description>
