I am making a case for change at this point and giving a general idea of what I think can promise us a solution.

That said, the fact that consumers of health care are not buyers of health care is a major factor in the rising costs and decreasing ability to receive health care. I’m not ideological at all. I believe in practical solutions that can bring about real improvement.

Cost is not something that will be reduced, I think the costs rate of increase can only be maintained. As a big recipient of health care I haven’t seen any solution that will keep the cost down in the next fifteen years. It is not ideological with me, I have been given life at tremendous cost(transplant) and I wouldn’t want the cost to push me to decide if I want to live longer or keep a roof over my head and eat.
