I mailed the Ron Paul 2008 Exploratory Committee a check yesterday to help them get started. Ron Paul may lose but like James Ostrowski's view, we will never know if we never try. I would rather be proud and fall than be humble and cower. I am certain that if Patrick Henry were alive he would be doing something for liberty by helping its best spokesperson, Ron Paul in his Presidential campaign, and not discounting the odds of success. The American Revolution was fought by people who put a very high value on personal freedom and who took on a very big risk in the struggle for it. As their heirs we must do no less.

I'm not registered as a Republican, but if Ron Paul is on the ballot, I will switch my registration so that I can vote for him in the primaries. If enough people do the same, perhaps we can change the Republican voting base enough to make an impact.
