		<description><![CDATA[When I was teaching in Killeen,TX,  where (largest stateside Army base)Fort Hood is, a parent teacher conference was considered that soldier&#039;s duty station for the time specified.  We could call a soldier&#039;s CO and have him order the soldier to school.  I thought it was a grand idea at the time.

Since then, I &#039;ve changed by attitude about government&#039;s role in education a bit:  and, yes, I homeschool.]]></description>
