FYI, the correct email is admin AT bvbl.net, and yes, I will make sure information gets to where it needs to go.

This isn't Ruttenberg's fight, this should be the fight we all engage in, as what happens to them could happen to anyone else if this isn't put to a quick and decisive end.

The Ruttenbergs' suit against the individuals responsible for the violation of their 1st, 4th and 14th Amendment Constitutional rights was dismissed by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (Ruttenberg v. Jones, 06cv639). An appeal has been filed with the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit (Docket # 07-1037). The issues to be considered, as set forth the the Ruttenbergs' Docketing Statement, can be found in my comment of 3 Feb on www.bvbl.net, "The Anatomy of a Setup." The filing of amicus curiae briefs with the 4th Circuit, by constiutional law experts, in support of the Ruttenbergs position (which, of course, would be in support of the public's constitutional protections against the unconstitutional activities of abusive, corrupt officials) would be of inestimable help and greatly appreciated.

Anyone interested in this effort should e-mail Greg at www.bvbl.net who will make the appropriate connections.
