This is a ridiculous abuse of power, yet I wouldn’t expect justice from our judicial branch either.

Straying off topic a bit, I think they should receive a full pardon for the actual shooting, they should stand trial and lose their jobs for failing to report the incident.

There are some lessons to be learned here:

1) If you’re going to shoot someone, make sure their dead.

2) If you’re in law enforcement, uphold the policies and processes that empower you and in cases like this will serve as your best defense.

3) If you’re going to buy drugs, buy American drugs and stop supporting these scumbag smugglers. There are American scumbags drug dealers with American scumbag kids to feed.
