Of course, whenever the critics start digging into that topic with him, all Bush has to do is answer a different question from the one the critic asked, say &quot;9/11&quot;, get the base all panicky, and all serious debate over the issue stops.  Not that the Democrats would have a clue how to fix it if they were in charge.
