I have absolutely no idea what just happened there. Jeff Flake (AZ) says that funding for a NASA center is an earmark. The guy from Wisconsin wants funding for a NASA center for hurricane mitigation? Is this center in Wisconsin? Did a hurricane form in the Great Lakes that I missed?

I’ve got to admit, I like Flake, I would’ve voted for him in the election, but he was in the next district.
