The libertarians may not win, but I'll be damned if I'm giving my vote to a statist GOP candidate (which is why I'm voting for Ron Paul). I'd rather see Hillary or Obama in the White House before any of the Bush Republicans. At least then people would more quickly realize how disastrous big-government policies truly are. Although he isn't embraced by either of the political mainstreams, I think the average American citizen would be in alignment with Dr. Paul's reasoning (I think/hope).
