[...] 3. I will restore fiscal discipline and cut wasteful Washington spending. Okay Rudy, did you just photocopy this one from the George W. Bush playbook ? Because he said the same thing in 2000 and 2004, and reality turned out to be far, far different. More importantly, though, what do you consider wasteful? And what would you do to combat the earmarks that Congressman and Senators seem to slip into ever bill that makes it’s way from Capitol Hill to the White House?
This is actually a good platform.

I'm not a Giuliani supporter. If you agree with his ideas, why not congratulate him on this list and give him some specific recommendations on how to make sure these ideas become reality. If you don't agree with his ideas, propose your own list.

The commentary offered by the author is both devoid of substance and frankly sounds childish.

"What we don't see is that freedom is not a concept in which people can do anything they want, be anything they can be."

This part of his speech is almost as chilling. Got that, you can not be anything you can be. You can only be what I say you can be. And if you don't like being a munitions factory worker, we'll put you on the front lines in our war with Oceania.

Actually Rob, can I call you Rob, since we are just in the primary phase, we should be focusing on Giuliani. Since the contributors and most readers/commenters for this site are going to be focusing on the Libertartian or Republican Party, who cares what the Dems are doing? The fact is Giuliani is an authoritarian who believes that "Freedom is about authority. Freedom is about the willingness of every single human being to cede to lawful authority a great deal of discretion about what you do." No thanks!!

This is my first time here. Someone suggested I visit your site. I made a mistake and posted my comment on Giuliani to another post. Sorry.

My point is that you guys should lighten up a bit on Giuliani. He scored as a Moderate Libertarian on that ontheissues quiz. That's better than any other candidates in the race except maybe Fred Thompson or Ron Paul.

I like Ron Paul. But I like Thompson and Giuliani too. They are allies. You shouldn't bash them.

Instead, you should aim your guns at the real enemy: Hillary Clinton.
