  1. Personally I think the guy’s got mental problems now. It’s been hypothesized by some that multiple heart attacks can cause personality changes and several people who knew Dick Cheney for decades (Gerald Ford, Paul O’Neill, Alan Greenspan) have said that he doesn’t act like the same person they used to know. There’s no other way to reconcile the current Cheney with the one who gave that interview.
