		<description>That&#039;s pretty much a stock legal disclaimer, given to anyone that offers unsolicited advice to a company.  If the product eventually emerges, its some legal coverage for Apple (though people have been known to sue anyway).  The simple point is the way copyright exists, you&#039;re not going to get money for simple, good ideas unless (a. you work for Apple or b. you build your own innovative platform around your new ideas and submit the product as your own improvement)

So if you&#039;re 9 and not a mechanical genius, you&#039;re pretty much SOL.</description>
