		<description>It is true that this bankruptcy law has depressed the housing situation as people&#039;s levels of defaults are reaching new heights. This refrom was fully incubated by the credit card industry which assumed propert values would continue to raise. However, a solution is needed and giving Judges authority to rewrite the terms would be a good idea.</description>
