It’s a tad bit hypocritical for a guy has problems with people exercising their second amendment rights to be praising a court decision that restores Second Amendment rights. Especially when Rudy has talked about “state’s rights” when talking about gun laws.

Or is it that you think the Parker case was incorrectly decided by the DC Circuit Court of Appeals?
