Fucking neo-confederate slimeball who screwed over his constituents when he extorted money for himself, personally, from the insurance companies after Katrina by forcing them to pay for coverages that the insurance holders didn't have (to cover his own underinsured house...which he'd also gotten federal funds to pay for).
