Obama wants to relax medical marijuana enforcement by the feds, but is appalled by a drug that doesn't have any of the "scary" consequences of hard drugs.

Nobody's getting "high" on steroids, nobody is knocking off liquor stores to get their "fix", as most of the people who he's trying to convince not to use them are multi-millionaire athletes or college students aspiring to become multi-millionaire athletes.

It just goes to show you. Obama isn't pro-freedom just because he's against the criminalization of medical marijuana. He isn't in favor of reducing the ability of the federal government to control your choices in life. He simply wants to enact his own preferences into law, and his own preferences are not against medical marijuana.
