		<description><![CDATA[How infuriating. I hope the guy that passed illegally on the left gets more than a ticket. I know the exact area they are talking about and Federal is pretty wide there. I get irritated about people jaywalking (usually in the dark in dark clothing), but this guy was just trying to help out some elderly people that had no other choice. Maybe they need to rethink where they have the bus stop. Thank goodness for those three other people that he was there to help them.]]></description>
