Our president thinks spending only $500 Billion more than he takes in 4 years from now and he is applauded as responsbile and fiscally austere?

What right has he to spend even one cent more than he takes in at any time?

I’m sure my bank would give me an award for bouncing a $5,000 check once I explain that how responsible I’ve been by not bouncing a $10,000 check instead???
