That is true. And to be fair, there were a lot of groups in Britain denouncing her for this.

But I’d say she’s more than just “one person”, she’s one influential person. The story went on to say that she’s been an advisor to several government panels on medical ethics and other topics, and while I hope she was laughed out of the room at those panels as well, she certainly has a level of access and credibility higher than most.
