I don’t get it. So does Hugo Chavez hate the US or not? Does he just love Obama and not the US? Or does he love the US now that Obama is in charge?

Chavez loves a fellow traveler. Obama is a fellow traveler. As long as Obama continues to socialize the United States (BTW: for Obama, socialism is merely a stop toward his ultimate goal, totalitarianism) Chavez will love Obama.
