Humor?  Same reason I also linked the strikeout text to the earlier post where I explain that the banks weren&#039;t given a choice to enter TARP...  Now it seems they&#039;re not given a choice to leave it.

But if there&#039;s any doubt in your mind, I can assure you that it was done in a derisive manner to the Treasury, Fed, and Administration, because they&#039;re acting like thugs.]]></description>
