		<description><![CDATA[The government isn&#039;t going to stop the drug war even through that is where the enemy gets it&#039;s funds. It is going to lay pipe and create civilization or go bust like it&#039;s predecessor as it completely destabilizes nuclear Pakistan.

They don&#039;t have a plan. Obama asked for one when he became president and the military had nothing for him according to the New York Times. 

The best idea I&#039;ve seen was to make peace with the Pashtun tribe by offering to leave them alone/pay them off (a surge of buying off enemies like in Iraq) in exchange that they do not harbor terrorist any longer (it is their code of ethics to protect whoever). Kill Osama, declare victory and leave. I doubt this scenario would take place because it goes against the laying pipe and social engineering focus of the social democrats.]]></description>
