		<description><![CDATA[Eating a meal like this once per month would be negligible, you are right.  But eating like this once per week or once per day would present your body with a lot of hard choices.

Salt is also an important part of what they talked about in this awards report.  I heard this a few weeks ago and it has really stuck with me:  
Every 2400 mg of salt (just over 1/2 teaspoon) is like shaking your average salt shaker for about 30 seconds.  That&#039;s a lot of salt.

Believe me - we all want to make the lifestyle choices that we want.  But I, for one, want to be around to enjoy them.
