I can’t help but wonder if the DA has undisclosed reasons for keeping Osborne from testing the DNA sample (perhaps the DA knows Osborne did not commit the crime but does not want to be embarrassed for prosecuting the wrong person). I know that’s speculation on my part but I ask again, what is the DA so afraid of if they convicted the right person?]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I thought they took DNA samples as soon as you were arrested for a felony. Seems like that would be the perfect opportunity for the state to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt.]]></description>
