		<description><![CDATA[It looks from the photo like his hand might actually be ON the trigger, instead of extended forward (like pointing) the way I would suspect it should be, once the arrestee is down and secured like that.  

Isn&#039;t that a big no-no on the cop&#039;s part?   Perhaps one of the law enforcement or ex-law enforcement professionals who post here could clarify.   Maybe the safety rules are different for Commie cops.]]></description>
