		<description><![CDATA[This is so contrary to what we know of Teddy that is hard to believe that he would ever say such a thing regarding any aspect of American life. The clarity of insight is just so far beyond his usual myopia that it hard to imagine that this came from the Ted Kennedy that we all have come to know as the champion of big government as the solution to all problems, even as it creates ever larger problems. Few men in history have had the opportunity to use their personal wealth in such a way as to insulate themselves from the misery they so willingly inflicted on their countrymen &quot;for their own good.&quot; The world looks a little bit brighter today with Ted Kennedy gone.]]></description>
