		<description>Guns should only be drawn when the target needs to be dead - and that is a standard that ANYONE should use.

TASERs are for when the target absolutely needs to be stopped, but it is not absolutely necessary to kill the target at this time.

I just wish the XREP would become civilian legal already.</description>
