The public is selling their gold jewelry to the central bankers via cash4gold and others like them. That broken jewelry is sent to refiners who convert them into bars and sell them to the central banks at a premium.

The central banks deposit said bars into the COMEX for delivery in the futures market.

Brad, Here’s a variation on your conspiracy theory. Suppose the bankers are engineering a controlled devaluation of the US$. When faith in the dollar as the world reserve currency collapses, they’ll be ready to save us with a new properly managed world currency — maybe a basket of regional currencies first, until that develops problems and all currencies are made convertible with the Mundo.

BUT!!! What if there exists a competing world currency, already known and trusted. Worse, what if some nation or group of nations converts to that standard. Well, obviously the bankers can’t allow that — it would be anarchy! No, the Dollar Crisis must be preceded by a Gold Crisis.

The irony is that the same people who planted fake gold bars 20 years ago will have gold tickets on the Ark (go see 2012).

The company of Chinatungsten Online have been manu and offering tungsten bars with golden plated/coating for the aplication of paper weight, but no fake gold bar, and As I known it is very easy to find the different between tungsten and gold bars.
