  1. Aren’t we just “going around in circles”?
    and wasting more time and money …to no avail!
    I have watched for almost twenty years my only Grandson be on this merry-g-r0und. A large portion his fault…BUT a much bigger portion
    due to the way California juvenile and prison are operated! “what ever happened to just plain old common sens??
