Is Greg defending business casual, or attacking it?

As someone who actually went through this sartorial tsunami as a young investment banker, I can assure people that the single most powerful determinant of productivity in the workplace is simply the degree to which your boss is or is not an ass.
Whether you, or he, are wearing Brooks Brothers or Eddie Bauer is really besides the point.
