The 2K-mi. U.S.-Mexico border has always been and will always be unsealable, so any solution based on it is an illusion, and it's too bad that both major parties keep clinging to non-solutions that ignore that reality. Republican-backed Arizona “papers please” laws are no solution to the U.S.-Mexico border problem, because even if 100% of illegal Mexican immigants are locked up, then what? They will eventually have to be handed over to the feds, after which they will be released and end up back in the U.S. since the border is unsealable. Hence it’s only an expensive merry-go-round and grudge-maker. The Democratic approach of general amnesty is equally blind because the border is still unsealable. Where do both parties go wrong? In focusing on the little mice while ignoring the elephant, the incurably corrupt Mexican govt. that has created the conditions driving them over the border regardless of obstacles faced. To solve the problem, we have to dissolve that govt. forever and extend our Constitution and Bill of Rights to Mexico in the form of 10+ new states, expanding the border to the oceans where it can finally be effectively controlled. A 414-million 60+ state U.S. will become a model to the world. Learn about the Megamerge Dissolution Solution. Click http://go.to/megamerge

Joe,

I haven't had a drop of alcohol yet today, and I can't make heads or tails of your comment.

Can you try again, and perhaps string this incoherent babble into an argument of some sort?

Well I guess its official...Orwell was right...it is now only to illegal to pass laws affirming that illegal aliens are indeed criminals?

Oh and by all means lets enforce all crimes by only going after repeat offenders and then only with a THREAT of IMPRISONMENT!?

Were there were no penalty for bank robbery or murder me might see quite a bit more of those crimes.

HMMM...lets see I can kill one person and I'm cool ...but the 2nd one OMG I better not cause if I get caught I might be hauled before a Judge and lectured and berated unmercifully with something like "Son you are SOOOOO lucky I can only threaten you with prison for killing 2 people now get outta here big guy before you do something really bad...like trying to stop an illegal immigrant or saying the Pledge of Allegiance"
