		<description><![CDATA[I think you also have to take into account that this guy was appealing a conviction rather than just challenging the legality of the DC law. I might have made the same decision in Kagan&#039;s shoes. Not because I don&#039;t agree with Sandidge, but because there is way to go about doing things. 

My point is that this story isn&#039;t a particularly strong indicator of how Kagan may feel about Second Amendment rights.]]></description>
