But sadly, as much as I am cheering for another 1994 midterm election massacre, it’s not for love of the GOP. The GOP is only useful at blocking (or at least resisting) Dem stupidity and arrogance and drumming up dissent against Big Government overreach…mainly with tactical obstruction in Congress and nice rhetoric.

Beyond that and cutting taxes every once in while, they suck. Plain and simple.

They talk a good talk on some issues when they are in the minority…I’ll give them that. But that’s pretty much it.

So yes, Go GOP this fall. By all means. Their zeal for fighting with and saying NO to Democrats will be useful. I just dread the moment they get further control and the power goes to their heads.
