They have convicted an innocent man and are about to sentence him to 40+ years in prison for a crime he did not committ, and they had no motive, and shakey physical evidence. His name is David Hehn, he was tried in the media and was convicted by the media. In fact either the Judge or the prosecuter was on the original case back in 1982m so he should haave recused himself from the case. There was evidence left out that would have shed more than enough reasonable doubt. Larimer County is sending another innocent man to prison!
